Hardware and software support is offered via our helpdesk, where telephone, remote desktop and server support is provided. On-site engineers are also available for support and installation work throughout the Midlands on a 4 or 8 hour response basis and also options for 8 or 16 hour fix times. Any other parts of the UK can be supported by arrangement.
